Equatorial Marine Fuel Management Services Pte Ltd is a leading marine fuel logistics company.
We physically supply and market bunkers to all types of vessels (including offshore platforms). We procure our stock from reputable and reliable sources (including oil refineries, producers and suppliers), break bulk, resell and deliver the bunkers directly to our customer vessels. By managing our own fleet of bunker tankers, we retain full control over the entire bunker delivery process. Equatorial also owns and operates 2 floating oil storage terminals.
Founded in 2000, Equatorial is currently one of top 10 bunker suppliers, in terms of volume, at the world’s largest bunkering port of Singapore. We deliver around 5 million metric tonnes of bunkers per annum − a testament to our well-established reputation in the bunker industry.

Founded by Mr. and Mrs. Choong, Equatorial Marine has grown from a humble family business into one of the world’s leading bunker suppliers, driven by their vision, expertise, and dedication. In the 2010s, their sons, Mr. Choong Zhen Mao and Mr. Choong Sheen Mao, chose to join the family business and bring fresh perspectives and professional expertise to the business.
With over 60 years of combined experience in bunkering, trading, and ship management, the Choong family remains at the heart of Equatorial Marine, driving its growth and maintaining its standing as a trusted leader in the industry.
